Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager with proven capabilities who can be part of the new & wider account management team. The Account Manager plays a strategic, professional, and operational role by driving leading eCommerce companies to significant growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Define vision & goals for the retailers to achieve exceptional results based on strong understanding of their business environment, professional capabilities, and company structure
  • Create focused & professional plans aiming to deliver real impact
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Identify and develop trusting relationships across the customer’s company with different kinds of stakeholders, from technical to executive
  • Set routines with the customers and internally to ensure clear processing
  • Create and lead professional collaborations with internal teams based on business impact assumptions
  • Independently measure and analyze different aspects of the customer performance including Revenue & KPI Monitoring
  • Content & Reports – Create clear documentation and reports which reflect both tracking & forecasting of key account metrics to reflect account status
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Gaining trust through business orientation, professionalism and processes
  • Proven background of at least 7 years of management / account management in front of different levels of management teams
  • 3+ years of direct advertising / marketing industry experience or related to the AD/AdTech or Retail/RetailTech industry
  • Very good communication skills (both spoken and written) in Hebrew, English
  • Very good knowledge of Windows. Master of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Navigating and collaborating with internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company
  • Knowing how to manage several projects and interfaces at the same time
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to present to and influence top management

Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Help shape the product strategy and roadmap of Mabaya’s Retail media platform.
  • Develop new product ideas via brainstorming, market research, customer interviews, discovery processes, and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with Product managers, Data analysis, Engineering, UI/UX experts
  • Define product requirements for development teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading B2B products.
  • Demonstrated ability to envision new product capabilities and drive research, planning, development and launch.
  • Experience in translating business needs into product requirements.
  • Experience working with Product managers and Engineering teams in agile methodology
  • Detail oriented and data driven, with strong analytical skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Experience in leading a product on the retail vertical – an advantage
  • Experience in the ad tech industry – an advantage
  • MBA/master’s degree in technological fields or technical background – an advantage

Technical Customer Success Managers

What will you be doing?

  • Help onboard, train, and develop our customers to ensure they succeed
  • Work with the customer success team to build out new processes
  • Understand the product inside and out and articulate our value proposition clearly
  • Work with single and multi location eCommerce sites to help them achieve their goals
  • Retain existing clients while getting upsells and referrals
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts
  • Help the product and tech team improve the platform based on client feedback
  • Own overall relationships with assigned clients and ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Eager to be an impactful member of a fast growing team and company

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in support or Customer Success, B2B SAAS (eCommerce/advertising an advantage)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and willingness to take DEEP troubleshooting dives to try to resolve problems on your own, learning along the way.
  • Experience with SQL, Redash, Postman
  • Good understanding of people and interactions, Identifying what’s more important, and separate the wheat from the chaff
  • Service orientated – the ability to provide a “WOW” service
  • Capacity to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction & growth
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience

Team lead data engineer 

We are looking for a Java ninja with Fullstack capabilities (not just UI, fullstack also means devops, python, node.js, scriptology, big data etc.), who loves and understands software and complexities associated with it and who wants to influence the company’s future. If you value clean, concise and testable code, if you care for good communication, if you can lead big efforts (as well as performing small tasks – let’s not deny it, it’s also a part of our development life), then your place is with us

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Java software engineer
  • A Passion for coding – main (but not only) weapon of choice is Java
  • Experience with Spring & Spring boot
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with Databases and BigData Warehouse
  • Feeling of ownership for the software that you create “you build it, you run it”
  • A keen eye for details, ability to drive large changes and a team player spirit

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge in BigData, Search technologies (lucene/solr/elasticsearch/other).
  • Devops experience (aws, scripts, teamcity, terraform)
  • Eagerness for solid development practices: TDD, CI, CD, etc
  • Deep understanding of the Java language, its APIs, it’s performance considerations and internals.
  • Hands-on experience with front development (JavaScript, Angular/TypeScript)
  • Knowledge in build tools (Gradle).
  • Experience with Amazon Kinesis, Kinesis Analytics and Amazon Lambda
