Customer success managers

 

What will you be doing?

· Help onboard, train, and develop our customers to ensure they succeed.

· Work with the customer success team to build out new processes.

· Understand the product inside and out and articulate our value proposition clearly.

· Work with single and multi location eCommerce sites to help them achieve their goals.

· Retain existing clients while getting upsells and referrals.

· Develop strong relationships with key accounts

· Help the product and tech team improve the platform based on client feedback.

· Own overall relationships with assigned clients and ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.

· Eager to be an impactful member of a fast growing team and company.

 

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in support or Customer Success, B2B SAAS (eCommerce/advertising an advantage)

· Perfect English. Other languages an advantage.

· Good understanding of people and interactions, Identifying what’s more important and separate the wheat from the chaff.

· Service orientated – the ability to provide a “WOW” service.

– Capacity to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve goals.

· Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction

· Entrepreneurial or startup experience a plus

· Manage a team of Customer Success Managers.

· Design and lead the Customer Success methodology in the company.

· Help the team members with their daily work, tutoring and answer their questions.

· Focal point and knowledge base / FAQ

· Response to official complaints and provide answers following market events.

 

Requirements:

 

· Leadership & management experience.

· 3+ years of experience in support or Customer Success, B2B SAAS (eCommerce/advertising an advantage).

· English at mother tongue level.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Senior Backend Developer with Fullstack capabilities

Looking for a Java server-side software developer with Fullstack capabilities who loves and understands software and complexities associated with it and who wants to influence the company’s future.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Java software engineer
  2. A Passion for coding – main (but not only) weapon of choice is Java
  3. Experience with Spring & Spring boot
  4. Experience with AWS
  5. Experience with Databases
  6. Feeling of ownership for the software that you create “you build it, you run it”.
  7. A keen eye for detail, ability to drive large changes and a team player spirit

Nice to Have:

  1. Knowledge in BigData, Search technologies (lucene/solr/elasticsearch/other).
  2. Devops experience (aws, scripts, teamcity, terraform)
  3. Eagerness for solid development practices: TDD, CI, CD, etc
  4. Deep understanding of the Java language, its APIs, it’s performance considerations and internals.
  5. Hands-on experience with front development (JavaScript, Angular/TypeScript)
  6. Knowledge in build tools (Gradle).
  7. Experience with Amazon Kinesis, Kinesis Analytics and Amazon Lambda
  8. University Bachelor in computer science or equivalent.
